Oh how fall is an interesting time for entertainment. All the new Cd's, the new movies, Halloween, and of course the trees are even getting creative with their leaves changing colors and all. Here's what's getting me excited this autumn.
How great is the new Dropkick Murphys Cd? i can't stop listening to it. i know i've mentioned this before but i can't state enough how much i like their new Cd. i can't wait until the St. Patrick's Day shows.
Despite the local deer knocking the head off of my pumpkin ghost and eating it's innards, and although i have failed to find a reasonably prices gorilla suit, i am still psyched about Halloween. Feeding into that is the re-release of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas" in IMAX theaters... this time in 3-D. i missed it last year... maybe i'll make it this year.
While talking about movies, few capture that introspective fall feeling like Wes Anderson and he's got a new movie coming out: "The Darjeeling Limited". With Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, and Jason Schwartzman it's looking pretty good. Every time i watch "The Royal Tenenbaums" i like it even more. Did i hear Natalie Portman mentioned?
Pile on a Thursday cd/dvd release, the possibility of a Weezer release, Angels & Airwaves, "Into The Wild", wow... looking pretty good so far. On top of all that, it's cool enough to wear my hoodie ALL THE TIME. Whoooo Hooooo!
Now if only the grass would stop growing so that i didn't have to mow it any more this year i'd be styling hardcore.
