i would like someone to start a petition: i think that if someone is driving a car with a dog on their lap you should be allowed to drag then out of their car and beat them senseless (which wouldn't be long because if they had any sense they wouldn't drive with a pet on their lap... so maybe you could get one punch in... even just dragging them out of their car would be enough for me... i'll leave the specifics to someone else). Yes, this is inspired by being behind one such moron this evening.
